Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Professional to help us land engineering assignments based in North America. Our strategy is to secure small to mid-size engineering contracts from engineering, Plant Owner firms and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) organizations to get engineering design completed overseas. Leveraging the professional’s industry experience and strong network, we are open to form an alliance with North American organizations for consistent work flow.

P.S. This is strictly a success fee based arrangement commensurate with the gross contract value secured by the business development professional. We intend to work this way till a pre-agreed business volume is reached, beyond which it can be converted to a more formal compensation based arrangement.
Job Requirements:
Desired Background and Experience
1) Oil and gas and allied sectors e.g. chemical, metallurgical etc.
2) Business development, sales in EPC sector desirable
3) In-depth knowledge of EPC business products and value proposition
Expectations
1) Prospecting to find the right companies and decision makers
2) Develop business relationships and generate inquiries
3) Writing business proposals
4) Negotiating with prospects
5) Close the deal or refer to head of business development
6) Drafting and reviewing contracts
7) Develop growth strategies and plans
8) Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
