DATA-ENTRY/Administrative Assistant

Established company seeks to hire a dynamic, organized & detailed-oriented personal and administrative assistant possessing the skills, knowledge, and qualifications listed below.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess knowledge of the following:

-MS Word, Excel & Outlook
-QuickBooks
-A/P
-A/R
-Payroll
-Basic filing
-Customer service experience
-Accounting/Bookkeeping experience

Applicants must possess the following traits:

-Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing, competing priorities
-Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
-Exceptional spelling and grammar
-Great organizational skills
-Detail-oriented

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Answering phones
-Data entry
-Management of construction project information, files, and schedules
-Researching and placing orders for construction and office materials
-Drafting estimates and standard correspondence
-Issuing client invoices
-Issuing vendor payments
-Reconciling accounts
-Bookkeeping

Compensation will be dependent on experience.
