Role: Java Tech Lead

Job Description:

Must Have Skills: Core java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot framework,
Publishing & consuming the REST/SOAP services

Desired Skills: Banking Domain and Payments Domain experience, Agile
experience, Knowledge on Micro services and CI/CD

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

· Hands on experience in Core java, Spring Framework.

· Must have experience with Spring Boot framework

· Hands on experience in publishing & consuming the REST/SOAP
services

· Associate is required to interface with client effectively and
gather the requirements.

· Participate in solutioning and architecture discussions and
decisions and prepare design documents and develop code.

· Manage the team and deliverables. Closely work with Architects,
BA and PMs.

· Participate in code review and guide the team in right direction.

· Participate in release cycle, ensuring change request raised and
track for approval.

· Participate in load testing and review the observation and
recommend any tuning.

· Knowledge on Banking Domain and Payments systems is preferred.

· Agile Methodology is must. Participate in all the scrum
ceremonies.

· Knowledge on CI/CD pipeline using TFS will be an advantage.

· Responsible for the translation of backlog items to logical unit.

· Establish and follow best practices for design, coding and
delivery
