Our team consists of highly talented and creative people who work seamlessly together to deliver a quality e-Learning/Multimedia product to our customers. Our management team is “hands-on” and very experienced in the e-Learning domain with years of experience; they are also one the best team you will ever have the chance to work with.
We already have numerous contracts/projects to deliver and with our Standing Offers are already in place we receive new project proposals on a regular basis.
We supply you with a modern computer system as well as all the appropriate programs and licenses to allow you to do your work without worry.

Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct needs assessments to review performance issues including:
Conduct performance analyses;
Conduct case analyses; and
Find solutions and make recommendations.

Help clarify the expected outcomes of education and training to ensure optimal performance at work including:
Analyze the tasks of a position;
Specify performance, education and learning objectives; and
Produce qualification standards (NORQUAL) and knowledge standards.

Describe and select a training program including:
Define the characteristics of the learner;
Establish integrated instruction and learning strategies;
Specify instructional strategies;
Specify the learning content and establish course guidelines; and
Produce course guidelines (design guidance documents, scenarios, participant and instructor manual, drawings, etc.).

Produce effective instructional materials in accordance with development guidelines including:
Identify training/performance requirements and identify sources of learning materials;
Make recommendations on the purchase of teaching aids;
Develop guides;
Produce teaching materials;
Submit training materials to beta tests and formative or pilot evaluations to ensure compliance with prescribed standards and client requirements and revise as necessary;
Data and corresponding level of Bloom taxonomy;
Prepare instructors to use or implement instructional materials in instructional programs; and
Evaluate instructional materials to determine whether they can be converted in whole or in part for e-learning.
