Director of Finance and Operations

We are seeking a Director of Operations/Finance for our non-profit client,
located in the Lakes region near Gilford, NH. Works closely with and
reports to the Executive Director.

Responsible for supervision of finance, accounting operations,
administration and support services; developing and administration of an
annual budget. Contributing to long term strategic planning efforts,
developing local, state, and national contacts with individuals and
organizations involved in funding, regulating, and oversight of the
organization.

Must have outstanding communication, organizational, management and employee
relations skills, MS Office, communication and experience working with a
Board or senior level oversight. An understanding of Federal, State and
local housing laws and HUD rules or the ability to learn.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Human
Services and a minimum of five years related work experience is required. A
Master’s Degree in Business Administration and/or CPA, Public Administration
or Human Services is preferred but not required.
