We are seeking an experienced Release
Engineer. The position is at Fremont location.

The Release
Engineer will own the merging of feature branches, testing, building and
preparing release builds for the applications. This will include designing
and

implementing processes and tools to support continuous
integration, testing and deployment. In addition, the Release Engineer will
be an evangelist for good software

engineering practices and
assist developers to rapidly introduce features into a sophisticated
critical product.

Ideal candidate would:

– Have
expert command of Git from both CLI and GUI and know all core commands.
/>
– Have solid skills navigating in Windows and Linux environment
/>
– Have experience with PowerShell, Scripting, C# Programming
/>
– Have experience to perform build & release activities in a
large environment

– Have the skills to troubleshoot deployment
issues in IIS and .Net applications

– Be able to get things done
fast!

Required Qualifications

Extensive
knowledge of Windows & Linux environments: PowerShell, Batch file,
shell scripting, Nginx, TFS, IIS, Bit Bucket

2+ years of
experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containers.

2+ years of
experience with build related tools such as Jenkins, Stash, GitHub,
Jira.

5+ years release engineering experience and SDLC
processes

Experience in Cloud Technologies ? AWS is
preferred.

Expert level experience of source control tools
? Git (Must have)

Programming experience using C#,
JavaScript, PowerShell

Experience with database deployments on
MySQL and MS SQL

Experience in .Net and .Net core applications
build and release

Should be able to troubleshoot issues in IIS
and .Net applications

Additional Qualifications Desired

/>BS degree or higher in CS or equivalent

2+ years working on
commercial software

QA experience, including automated test
development
