Seeking Engineering Manager with background designing controls systems for pharmaceutical tableting and tablet coating machinery.
Responsible for:
Leading, coaching, training, and disciplining a team of engineers working on controls hardware and software, fluid and electrical power, and power distribution systems.
Developing and managing annual P&L budgets.
Addressing employee concerns and improving team morale.
Managing customer concerns and ensuring design team meets all expectations.
Reviewing and approving equipment purchase budgets and related capital expenses.
Identifying gaps in team capabilities and participating in the recruiting and hiring process (creating new job descriptions, working with HR teams, evaluating candidates, etc.)
