SEC has a Sporting Goods Store mystery shops available with a $20 fee!
We have shops available in AL, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, OH, PA, TN, WI, WV.
The purpose of this assignment is to ensure sales associates are performing the non-negotiable standards in regards to customer service and compliance with the policy of selling hunting equipment.
A completed evaluation includes the following:
Interacting with a Sales Floor Department associate.
Observing the cashier area and making a small purchase.
Interacting with a Hunting Department associate to determine if he/she complies with firearm regulations.
You will fill out an online evaluation form, which contains Yes/No questions.
