Salary range: OPEN TO NEGOTIATE. Salary will depend on experience.

Must haves to be considered:
1.) Board Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine
3.) Must have or be willing to attain a Georgia medical license
4.) Must have an active DEA by time of start
5.) Must relocate or live close to the facility
