Must haves to be considered:
1.) Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner
2.) Must have or be willing to attain a Illinois medical license
3.) Experience in Pulm/Critical Care
4.) Must have an active DEA by time of start
5.) Must relocate or live close to the facility
