Family Nurse Practitioner (Occupational Health)

Must haves to be considered for this job:
1.) Must be a certified family nurse practitioner
2.) Must have an active Ohio state medical license
3.) Must have a BLS/ACLS or willing to get one before start date
4.) Must have experience or be willing to be trained in occupational medicine
5.) Must be close enough to Wilmington, OH
6.) Must have an active DEA before time of start
7.) Cannot be a New Grad.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
1 day of the week will be a half day. This day will be negotiated

Practice details:
Onsite health clinic for a large company
Provider will be working with employees of the company and their families
Ages: 3+
ALL scheduled appointment, low rate of walk-ins
16-18 patients seen per day, 2 patients per hour
