Seeking degreed Controls Design Engineer with specific expertise developing, programming, and integrating controls hardware and software packages for production machinery.
Responsible for:
Designing, testing, troubleshooting, programming, and connecting controls hardware and software systems for production machinery (plastic molding, bottle filling, liquid dispensing, leak testing, web handling, packaging, palletizing, etc.)
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems with controls architecture – both hardware (machine mounted controller modules) and software (controller logic programs and HMI programs)
Connecting and testing attachments – machine tending robots, vision systems, compact conveyors, etc.
