Job Description
Role overview:
will work as RTE support, needs to SAFe certified
Responsibilities:
? Work as RTE support and facilitate Product owner sync, planning meetings,
and retrospectives
? Facilitate the team?s progress in achieving their commitments through
issue, risk and dependency management and circulate meeting minutes to the
audience.
? Create and maintain team-level dashboard reporting to track execution for
the team, train, and program leadership using tools like JIRA
? Coach teams Lean-Agile practices and thinking to elevate teams? application
of SAFe, creating an environment of mutual influence
? Work closely with Engineering, Product and support teams as a member of
team leadership
? Facilitate and Manage release activities alongside RTEs.
Must have skills:
SAFe certified, scrum master, Good analytical skills, PMO, Facilitation
