PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN LEVEL II FIELD REPRESENTATIVE OR APPLICATOR
compensation: $20.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• California Branch 2 Certificate Applicator or Field Representative License
• Inspect for pests (Branch II Field Representative only)
• Identify cause of infestation
• Determine appropriate treatment method
• Site prep done by other team members, but not limited
• Provide preventative and exclusion options
• Write and maintain service reports and written records of daily stops
• Adhere to company, state, federal pest control standards, rules, and regulation
• Service residential and commercial accounts
• Perform “Integrated Pest Management” techniques
• May have to enter crawl spaces, climb ladders or walk many flight of stairs on occasions
• Train, mentor, and direct new hires (technicians and general labor)
• Use of OSHA mandated personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to read and comprehend pesticide labels
• Able to work in a variety of environmental conditions (seasonal weather, damp, dusty)
• Communicate with and update Sleep Tight office via Internal App
• Standing for long periods of time
• Timely arrivals to work sites
REQUIREMENTS:
• Branch 2 License Field Representative or Applicator
• High School Diploma/GED
• Clean DMV record
• Must pass background check
• Maintain license/certificates as required by law
• Maintain valid driver’s license
• Experienced as a Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator license a must
SKILLS:
• Customer service
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to read, understand, and, follow directions
• Able to work with people with intellectual and physical disadvantages
