Top-performing commercial building contractor in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for an experienced Traveling Superintended to join their growing team. The Superintendent will be responsible for the daily operation of a job site, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. Supervises all direct labor positions on the assigned project. Manages and oversees any contracted work on the site to ensure successful project completion.
Projects include
Retail, Hotel, Restaurant, Medical Offices
COMPENSATION: $75k-$85k Salary
Truck allowance reimbursement – $425 per month
$400 Gas card
Health Insurance paid 100% for employee & affordable family rates
Profit-sharing into 401K
Discretionary Bonus
Per Diem $3600/mo
Paid travel home every 2 weeks. The goal is to have a full weekend.
