Duties:
Oversee team of 4 Sales Engineers and 6 Representatives, working to increase revenues and market presence.
Forecast market trends and develop strategic business plans.
Assist in sales process of High Throughput Assay Robots and associated equipment – as needed, make joint sales or follow up calls with Sales team.
Develop incentive plans to keep Sales team motivated
Must possess 5+ year of experience performing the above mentioned tasks!
