Responsibilities Include:
Handling customer inquiries
Providing information about products and services
Resolving product issues and concerns
Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
Developing and maintaining knowledge of the evolving products and services
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is desired though not required
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Area where you will not be disturbed
Must be able to Pass and Complete an Online Certification Course
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Must be able to work 4 hours on Saturday or Sunday per week
You will need a working computer, a USB headset with microphone, a hard-wired broadband internet service, a hard-wired landline telephone service, and completion of a pre-requisite certification course. The tuition fees for the courses range from $10 to $150.This offer is a partnership with Arise and currently not available in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon or Wisconsin.
Competitive Pay and Incentives Available.
There is a tuition fee required to work for Arise and training is not paid. The average course fee is around $70.
