The Ideal Candidate will have:

Current CA RN License
Experience as a Work Comp Nurse Case Manager 2+ years
Strong clinical background with excellent assessment skills
Ability to type 40+ wpm with strong computer skills (MS Office)
Prefers to work from a “home office”
Local field travel is required
Ability to collaborate and adapt to multi disciplinary team
Enjoys administrative work & report writing
Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
Works well independently with little supervision
Possesses strong communication skills both oral and written
Excellent work ethics with strong moral character
Enjoys working in collaborative fashion with other NCM team members
Prefers a small boutique company that recognizes and rewards individual contributions
Certified Case Manager (CCM) desired
Spanish Speaking – desired
