Conduct x-ray photo inspections of investment castings for a manufacturer of blades, vanes and components for use in aerospace and industrial gas turbine engines.
Perform daily system checks including equipment set up and calibration.
Read and interpret indications with reference to applicable Quality Engineering Instructions.
Assure parts are processed to applicable NDT method specifications.
Report and maintain records of x-ray inspection results.
