Are you looking for a work-from-home role, with hours on your own terms? We are recruiting address identification analysts for the work we release on the Amazon mTurk platform. The work is remote-based, extremely flexible, and we think it is a lot of fun!

What is mTurk?
Amazon Mechanical Turk describes itself as “a crowdsourcing marketplace . . . to a distributed workforce who can perform these tasks virtually.” This means that “requesters”– that’s us– send tasks (HITs) through the mTurk platform to “workers”–that’s you–who can select whichever jobs they choose to complete and get paid directly through Amazon’s service for each HIT completed! Everything about this system is completely virtual and remote; you’ll be able to work directly from your own home each day!

What is the Job?
We have no requirements as to education, GPA, or experience. All the role requires is a fast and consistent internet connection, an aptitude for internet sleuthing, an account on the mTurk platform, and that you pass our qualification test on mTurk. Once passed, you’ll be given access to work on our HITs which will require you to help identify STR properties by connecting clues, data and maps–it’s a bit like a virtual jigsaw puzzle! This opportunity would be a particularly good fit if you’re looking for a way to earn some extra cash this summer, from home while raising your family, if you’re between jobs or looking for something that is extremely flexible. We plan to post our qualification test soon on the mTurk platform; if you’re interested in becoming one of our analysts please sign up for an mTurk worker account as soon as possible and familiarize yourself with the platform. Then find vrapi on the platform for the next qualification. Note, that this is not an hourly paid position, but a “gig economy” role where you will be paid for your performance.
