Job Description:
Define E2E Usability Testing process and engagement model
Connect with mid to senior management stakeholders
Create awareness about Lab, benefits of usability testing and process of
usability testing
Work with solutions team and UX team to document goals of usability tests
Identify user groups and enlist candidate users from stores and general
customers
Design tasks based on goals and application UI / work flow changes
Undertake tests, record execution using Usability Lab and usability test tool
Undertake analysis and provide recommendations
Present benefits of tests undertaken as case studies
Quantify and showcase benefits in terms of revenue gain, effort or time saved
Skills:
