Role: SAP FICA (Financial Module – invoicing and receivable)
Location: Juno Beach, FL
Duration:6 Months
· Strong experience in FICA (Financial Module – invoicing and
receivable) configurations
Identification and definition of technical requirements, including
performance, support and SOX compliance
Support the development of an application development standards
Collaborate with IT and business teams
Identify and escalate program issues / risks
Promote documentation, traceability, and best practices for future state
system operations Knowledge of Payments for the different channels is required.
Knowledge of Invoicing and integration with billing and device management
is required.
Knowledge of Dunning collections is required.
Knowledge of Disconnections and reconnections is required.
Knowledge of Taxes and discounts is required.
Knowledge of Security bonds and deposits is required.
Knowledge of Payment options and different payments is required.
· Knowledge of Utility domain is a huge plus.
