Personal Assistant To CEO

The Role

This role represents an excellent opportunity for a personal assistant to the CEO of Adult Xvideo Inc., a company Incorporated and registered in USA. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s errands, as well as providing private household management and personal travel support to the CEO and his family. The role will support the CEO in all areas of the business and oversee the smooth running of his business while the CEO is away. The role is highly energetic and we are seeking a proactive and motivated individual who is able to manage complex workloads, personal and business errands and remain effective under pressure. The CEO travels extensively and much of the work is remote support as he spends little time at the recording Studio. There is also considerable private support as you will assist with maintaining his properties, paying bills, arranging complex model travel itineraries.

The core job activities includes:

Bill payment
Mail services handling, The content of the packages are mostly letters from Models who wish to be part of the Adult Movie shoot.
Model Travel itineraries
This is a demanding role, where candidates will be expected to provide support when required to this incredibly busy CEO. Our client does offer great stability factor; a professional working atmosphere, and an attractive bonus.
