Seeking and experienced Electrical Engineer able to provide leadership to a team working on complex, large-scale material handling systems for industrial facilities and warehouses.
Shall:
Create timelines and key milestones for deliverables.
Define project budgets according to requirements from executives and program managers.
Ensure acceptable adherence to budgets and spending limits, recommend changes to project to follow acceptable budgets.
Meet with staff engineers, sales and business development representatives to coordinate all project aspects.
Experience & Education:
Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
3+ years in an engineering management role working with a team on large-scale material handling systems.
Knowledge of proposal pricing, able to lead the development of budgets based on man-hours, equipment purchases, and installation activities.
