1. Has experience working with the Android Framework (Java) and Android SDK.
2. Has experience with Android NDK.
3. Has experience with Android device drives ( C/C++ )
4. Experience with Networking concepts like IP routing, iptables, TCP,UDP, etc.
5. Familiarity with python and data analysis would be a plus.
6. Someone who is self-driven, and can learn new concepts that are out of his/her comfort zone.
