We are actively looking for an Inside Sales Director for a leader in healthcare support services located in San Antonio, TX. This is a permanent role offering a competitive base + bonus. You will be responsible for
• Financial and sales pipeline reporting
• Business Development in both a coach and team player capacity to ensure pipeline development via effective campaigns and prospecting strategies.

• You will be responsible for leading the Payer/Provider Business Development Team to ensure pipeline development via effective campaigns and prospecting strategies.
Requirements
• Experience leading inside sales teams for sizable organizations, with a history of recruiting, developing, motivating, and coaching a best-in-class sales team
• Track record of improving key sales metrics to achieve on overall revenue targets (overall bookings, ratio of bookings to sales cost, etc.) with illustrated experience identifying recommendations for improvement
• Experience working in start-up environments – you must be adept at working in a fast- paced environment and have shown yourself to be adaptive and flexible, with the ability to overcome obstacles
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of technology and/or consultative B2B services sales experience plus 5+ years in a leadership position
• Extensive experience selling into healthcare accounts strongly preferred
