Shall develop programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance and then communicate and train the organization on said business practices and processes.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for process, system and metrics focused lean and reliable operational delivery.
Expected Activities:
Meeting with internal business leads, technical experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand existing and proposed business processes, requirements, and system needs
Designing and implementing scalable protocols to drive speed, reliability, efficiency and integration of divisions such as Sales, Finance, Contracts, Compliance, Underwriting, Claims, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure congruent, accurate and timely transaction processing.
Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators actual versus objective.
Total compensation package to $120,000 with fully company paid medical, dental, and vision plans for full family.
