Highly visible, high-level Business Systems Analyst role available in Houston, TX! The appropriate candidate must be able to and comfortable with asking detailed questions of enterprise stakeholders in order to produce stories for technical teams that easily, clearly, and concisely translate those requirements into actionable technical stories and instructions. This position is also responsible for the scoping out of new projects, working in a fast-paced, Agile development environment and will preferably have experience with SQL as well as Cerner. Principle Accountabilities: – Leads the processing and completion of service requests/projects according to established schedules and timeframes. – Maintains an effective level of coordination on assigned projects. – Translates user and department information needs into technical solutions. – Addresses and resolves user issues and develops an understanding of user terminology. – Provides customer support to both internal and external customers. – Develops and implements program documentation. – Conducts meetings as necessary. – Demonstrates broad and insightful technical knowledge and strong problem solving abilities. – Experience leading and mentoring team members and others. – Demonstrated, through exceptional planning and organizational skills, a record of bringing tasks and projects to successful conclusion. – Exceptional communications skills. – Good interpersonal skills.
