Job Description-

– Healthcare industry experience
– Ability to lead requirement gathering sessions
– Create functional specifications
– Create Business Requirements Documents
– 6 plus years as a business analyst
– Must have strong written and communication skills
– Must be able to work independently and within a team
– Must be able to document systems, business processes.
– Knowledge of SQL
– Verify project requirements, support user acceptance testing (UAT),
test strategy, test case development, and incident impact analysis.
– Create and maintain Systems Integration Diagrams, Information and Data
Flow Documents, Data Definition Documents

Pluses:

– Experience working in an analytics or BI group
– Experience with technologies like R or Postgres
– Proficiency in business analytics, with demonstrated ability to draw
conclusions from the data and provide insight into why the business is
evolving.
