Calibrate, maintain, and repair mechanical, electronic and electromechanical measuring and test equipment.
Schedule calibration events, perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations, and repair Measurement and Test Equipment.
Develop calibration procedures and methods to meet specifications, blueprints, drawings, and other technical requirements.
Develop control plans and inspection methods to maintain process controls.
Coordinate calibrations of Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Engineering equipment.
Set up standardized laboratory equipment to test and measure accuracy of instruments used to record voltage, magnetic resistance, and other factors.
Test, troubleshoot, and calibrate mechanical and electronic industrial measuring devices to ensure they conform to established standards.
Calibrate electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and environmental control equipment.
Conduct physical calibrations such as calipers, micrometers, torque tools, ovens, temperature controllers, gauge blocks, surface plates, pressure gauges, scales, and force gauges.
Support ISO 9001 certification in appropriate business units and factories.
