Accurately scoping high complexity projects for design abilities, manufacturability, resource allocation, budget, and delivery schedule.
Establish and coordinate project management methodologies including: any project team training requirements; reporting structure; interaction frequency between managers, resources and customers; outlining the responsibilities of customers, management, project team, vendors, and other stakeholders; and extent of external project stakeholders involvement.
Resolving challenges, risk issues and concerns within groups and providing constructive feedback to achieve positive outcomes.
Manage changing scope and project acceptance processes.
Ensure schedules and monitor milestone acceptance at each phase.
