Candidate shall oversee the design and manufacturing of custom production-assembly line handing systems.
Requirements:
5+ years in capital equipment design and build industry.
Ability to be a strategic business partner with internal and external customers, suppliers, and peers.
Track record driving continuous improvement activities.
Experience managing capital projects.
Knowledge of quality, customer service, reliability, safety and waste management methodologies.
Superior skills to hire and develop staff.
