Objectives:
Create, revise, and manage underwriting policies, procedures, and delegated authority levels.
Prepare premium plan budgets and expenses.
Perform pricing reviews, premium audits, and analyze budgets.
Train staff underwriters and evaluate performance.
Develop strategies to bring in new business and retain existing business.
