Negotiate program reinsurance coverage terms, rates, self-insured retention, and stop loss aggregates.
Evaluate loss control and determine risk acceptability.
Provide competitive rate recommendations.
Analyze and improve underwriting strategies and rating models.
Collaborate with Loss Prevention team to evaluate assigned accounts.
Mentor and guide junior underwriters on complex cases.
