Experience with ANY of the following equipment manufacturers a plus: Agilent, Waters, PerkinElmer, Thermo Fisher, or other similar.
Activities:
Diagnose problems with equipment and recommend best-fit solutions including replacing worn parts, upgrading software, and repairing broken components.
Act as key maintenance and technical expert for analytical instruments used in customer facilities.
Engage customers regarding overall service and support needs, as well as company service and product offerings.
