Spring Health Behavioral Health and Integrated care is seeking a talented part time ABA Therapist with RBT Credentials to implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for children with Autism in their homes and/or a community environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in a home, community, or school setting.
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
Assist child with daily self-help skills.
Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Understands and adheres to SpringHealth Policy and Procedures.
Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
Job Qualifications:
RBT Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation and insurance
Strong commitment to assist children with achieving targeted treatment goals
Strong communication and documentation skills
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
One year ABA Therapy experience
Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.
