Job Title :  Quality Configuration Tech Analyst
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Project : 6 months with possible extension

Mandatory Skills: 5 years of experience in a healthcare

Job Description:

·         At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare organization
developing, documenting, implementing, testing, auditing and evaluating
processes, policies, and procedures (including performing root cause analysis
of problem areas and recommending well thought-out recommendations for
improvement)

·         At least 3 years of experience working population health management
system or other healthcare management (such as CareAdvance, Essette, etc.)

·         At least 3 years of experience working with an appeals and
grievances system

·         Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and time
management skills

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem
solving and analytical skills

·         Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and highly
focused

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage
multiple projects with multiple priorities
