All within 5 miles apart, Southern Illinois
Volume: 17-25 patients per day
Ages: 18-70
Follow-ups: 15 minutes
Evals: 45 minutes
Cases: Depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia, severe mental illness
BONUS: Substance abuse/Methadone Certified
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
NO CALL
NO WEEKENDS
EMR: Avatar
Credentialing: 2-3 months. Less than one month for Medicaid
ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE PAID FOR
