We are currently seeking an experienced Cardio-Thoracic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner to join a fast paced and high volume cardiac surgery team in Albuquerque, NM. Successful candidates will have first assist, pre-op, and post-op experience. Quick and accurate vein harvest skills are also required.
Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered):
– Graduation from a program for Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioner
– Currently hold or ability to obtain New Mexico NP or PA license
– 3-5 years of cardiothoracic surgery (1st assist) experience
– Must have endovascular vein harvesting (EVH) experience
