Claims Auditor

Job Description:

As the Claims Auditor, you will perform random audits on internal claims department staff and audit claim reports by client for weekly check runs. You will be accountable for analyzing and measuring results of implemented policies, changes and system

modifications and provide expertise on claims processing issues to co-workers and management.

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered):

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

– At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, including Managed Care Claim Processing or Auditing. Commercial, Medicare or Medicaid experience/TPA organization

– Extensive knowledge of CPT 4, HCPCS and ICD-10 coding

– Knowledge of Medical terminology
