I’m looking for run-down looking houses in Houston and Surrounding Areas, I will pay you 10% on all leads you bring in and I close on.
Your job is to find 50 to 100 houses per day that meet the following criteria (very easy for you to do in the neighborhoods I will assign):
Examples of houses that you would look for:
Stuffed-full mailbox
Broken or boarded up windows
Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters
Visually in bad shape
Tall grass
Window Unit Air Conditioners
I’ll give you a specific neighborhood to drive. You’ll be able to find 100+ houses in these neighborhoods daily over the next week,
You may work any time on your own schedule.
