Serves as a Business Analyst in Chantilly, VA responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business Information Technology (IT) systems and industry best practices/requirements
GENERAL DUTIES
Responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business IT systems and industry best practices/requirements to include conducting business analysis of user stories, use cases, needs assessments, and requirements analysis/definition
Provides consultation on complex projects to include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of product/service requirements, and transition into proper system requirements specifications, and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
Develops test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out to include performing testing related activities.
Exercise sound judgement in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria associated with obtaining results under this contract; and identify upgrade needs, and anticipate customer requirements by effectively planning, scheduling, and overseeing system upgrades
Interacts with end users, customers, other technical providers, and contract leadership relating complex technical issues/solutions in a manner to establish a partnership as well as participating in daily scrum and requirements elaboration/clarification sessions
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to obtain a DoD IAM Level I Certifi
