Job Description: ·         Responsible for maintaining and creating
functional specifications that will streamline the development process, with a
focus on what function the feature performs, how the end user will utilize it,
and how it will fit within the SYNKROS product. ·         Analyzes business and
user needs and translates these needs into usable functional requirement
specifications

·         Combination of experience in business process/project management
and experience in a software development organization of at least eight years
is required.

·         Must demonstrate proven ability to perform and document situational
analysis including current state, recommendations and future state is required.

·         Strong knowledge and experience with documentation tools including
word processing, online help, and screen capture applications. Strong technical
aptitude and interest.        

      ·         Operational casino management system gaming industry
experience required. Interview Process:
