· Functional configuration responsibility for Supply chain
Applications for projects, enhancements and reporting work in Supply Chain IT
team.
· Responsible for providing functional support for SAP WM, Sales and
Distribution, Logistics execution modules and integration with external
applications.
· Integration of SAP with external WMS systems.
· Integration of SAP with external Order Management system.
· Coordinate with IT Operations, Business team and consulting
partners in resolving production issues, working on enhancement/project
requests.
· Collaborate with other areas of IT outside supply chain
· Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
· Work closely with key business partners during entire lifecycle of
the project
· Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues
· Explore and recommend solutions to business requirements and issues
· Lead and document requirement sessions for project and enhancement
work in supply chain area
· Support testing for project work
Qualifications: Please list the must have skills.
· 5+ years hands on experience with SAP MM, IM, SD and LE modules
configuration as functional and/or support analyst.
· Integration knowledge of SAP with external Ecommerce/Order
Management/WMS systems.
· Experience with integrating SAP with ATG, Manhattan WMS, Manhattan
DFIO, Ariba and Order Management applications is a huge plus.
· Proven track record in implementing Warehouse / Ecommerce Solutions
in Retail industry
· Demonstrable end-to-end knowledge in two or more of the following
areas: Customer Order Management, Warehouse Management, Order Sourcing,
Ecommerce fulfilment, Retail Omni-Channel
· SAP Integration experience using ETL tools like SAP PI/BODS.
· Proven track record in providing superior production support.
· Ability to create and maintain documentation such as functional
specifications, process flows, batch job scheduling and system architecture
diagrams etc.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and
verbal and active listening traits.
· Strong leadership skills in accountability and customer focus.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Flexibility of providing support during odd hours and peak seasons
· Be proactive and ability to catch issues before failures
