Lead Salesforce Developer- CPQ

Job Description:

    Experience with Tacton, CPQ product.
    Project is for configuration only at this time.
    Person should lead developers who will be coding interfaces and
configuring CPQ. 
Requirements:

    Minimum of 6 (six)years? experience technical business application
design, development, installation, support and modification in Microsoft     
technologies including .NET Framework and SQL Server and IIS.
    Knowledge of project management techniques is required
    Experience with structured and rapid application design, development,
and implementation of new computing architectures
    Experience with dealing with enterprise applications on diverse
platforms
Responsibilities:

    Participates with other IT members, customers, and other stakeholders
for product reviews, tests and pilots
    Collects and analyzes business requirements for large, multifunctional
projects
    Performs feasibility studies, translating requirements into an
appropriate design
    Identifies conflicting business practices and integration issues,
suggesting alternative solutions
    Fosters and maintains good relationships with customer and IT
colleagues to meet expected customer service levels
    Individuals are competent to perform or integrate works at a high
level, working at an in-depth level with in a technical or business area
    Does not have direct project leadership responsibility, but is familiar
with project management techniques and may lead projects, sub-projects or
provide project administrative support.
    Possesses good coaching and consulting skills.
    Shares responsibility with other team members to ensure on-time product
delivery or satisfactory application development and/or support.
