Role : STIBO MDM Support consultant
Location : Framingham, MA
Project Duration: Contract 6 months
Onsite STIBO MDM Support
Responsibilities
· Investigate and resolve L2 production support incidents for
applications built on Stibo MDM, Spring boot, Spring Batch, Oracle, Ang JS, REST
· Should be able to Implement break fixes and minor enhancements
· Should be ready to work on 24×7 support model involving offshore
team and Onsite team
Skills
· 4+ years of experience in support/development, configuration and
customization of Stibo STEP modules and good hands-on experience on Spring
boot, Spring Batch, Oracle, Ang JS, REST
· Strong knowledge on PIM architecture and Should have good
understanding of Product MDM
· Should have good knowledge of Stibo PIM End-To-End implementations
and strong exposure to STEP Data model, workflows and STEP configurations
· Should have good troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot production
issues
· Should possess experience in client facing role and should also
have experience in onsite-offshore co-ordination
· Resource will be required to provide on-call support over weekends
during EST hours
