#job Senior Turbomachinery Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Turbomachinery Software Engineer to work on software
development for our client’s CAE software, with an emphasis on mean-line
radial turbomachinery.

Must have a combination of turbomachinery design and software development
experience, with a minimum of five years’ experience designing rotating
fluid machinery, preferably multistage axial compressors and/or turbines for
use in gas turbine engines. Experience with any of the following: C++,
FORTRAN, python, HTML/JavaScript is required.

Must have a good understanding of the physics and principles of
turbomachinery aerodynamics structural mechanics, creativity and
problem-solving skills, software development in a team environment, and
excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and a minimum of five
years’ experience developing software for engineering applications.
