POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Provide excellent customer service, ticketing and those activities related to boarding and deplaning passengers at the ticket counter, passenger gate or baggage areas
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual English and Spanish
Qualified applicants will have at least 1-2 years of Ticket Agent and/or Call Center Customer Service experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, 10-year background check (criminal/employment) and be able to obtain an airport security clearance
Excellent Customer Service Skills
