Ability to understand customer stakeholders (business/technical/release team)
expectation.
Must have problem analysis and strong troubleshooting skill with quick time.
Technical aptitude and attitude to resolve the issue. Delegation is good as
long it is not impacting delivery.
Lead/Driving capability (ownership/accountable/team co-ordination) and much
aligned with on-site lead & customer. Team mentorship, helping team in
troubleshooting to provide most efficient solution.
Must have good communication (oral/writing)
Able to debug and troubleshoot issues in Java 6+ and Java J2EE 1.6 preferably
in a B2C/B2B environment.
