Developing calibration techniques for advanced phases array antenna modules
Reviewing and contributing to high frequency RF PCB design including
interface between PCB and antenna and interface between PCB and digital boards.
Develop and implement automated calibration techniques for the different
RF/antenna modules designed.
Design of device validation and manufacturing tests for all RF modules. 
Oversee the RF portion of DVT and Manufacturing.

Work with and oversee partners in the development of new antenna and RF
technology.
 
Mandatory Skills:

Experience with Phased Array Antennas
Experience with high frequency PCB design
Experience with experience on 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ad ? WiGig standards and
testing
Proficient with RF test hardware such as Vector Network Analyzers,
Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzer, wafer probe testers, arbitrary waveform
generators.
Experience with passive waveguide components desired
Experience with RF design software such as ADS
Scripting experience including the programming of test equipment
